I won't waste many things but when I tried it after DD1 gave it a pass, I tossed it. In some fashion gluten from wheat grown in a field before the oats are grown can get into the oats. No idea how that actually works.Paying for the certified gluten free oats is best... oats tend to get contaminated somehow.
