well done! Any tips? (I need to lose some weight too; the pounds seem to have piled on since retirement.)
Gave up ice cream, chips, decreasing carbs, I always drink 8 bottles of water a day. Increase veggie and fruit intake. Sweat like heck, 90° every day this month.

thanks Cap. Can't do much about the temps here (autumn's come early) but the rest is do-able, if only I can summon the same sort of will power as you evidently have! My Achilles' heel is chocolate :(

Oh I still have a mallow cup daily. By the way, those water bottles I get are 16.9 oz.

This is my problem too. I’ve been eating way too much ice cream lately :oops: and bread. Not too many chips but definitely way more than usual which was really never so I guess kind of a lot haha and definitely don’t do the latter 3. :oops:

I had a banana with Breakfast!
 
I had somebody tell me once to remember that you peel potatoes one at a time. Finally know what they are talking about now.
Um, I don't get it. Unless you have an extra hand or two how would you do it otherwise?

I always have liked me my skin
I'd sure hate to be running around without skin!

Uncured ham, muenster, mayo on King Arthur Basic Sourdough bread and a plum
(and a Dr. Pepper)
