I've read this about Ivermectin before. I thought it was interesting that it was coming out of Australia also instead of wherever.
Wouldn't it be interesting though if something this simple was the answer?
In my own personal dealing with Lyme, I read that the spirochete,
Borrelia burgdorferi has an almost parasitical characteristic where it can encapsulate itself and become cystic in nature. That is why most Lyme proficient doctors keep people on antibiotics for long periods of time. The cysts have cycles where they burst, so they can literally go into hiding when they sense antibiotics around them. The cysts can rupture on a monthly cycle or there are herbal remedies that sufferers use to get them to burst. So long term antibiotics are able to kill the spirochete as they re-emerge from their cystic state.
The question that pops into my mind is are they telling us straight about this? Yeah, I know and no, I am not a conspiracy theorist, just like our generation used to say, don't trust the government all that far. What if this isn't a virus? Or what if it is a virus with a parasitical characteristic similar to
Borrelia burgdorferi bacteria?
If the Australian research is spot on, and IF Ivermectin is one of the drugs in the arsenal of weapons that can be used against the virus, there may be something that either has been missed or we are not hearing about.
Time will tell and yes,
@penny1960 I agree with you 100%.
DO NOT SELF MEDICATE! under any condition. All of this reminded me that I need to treat my birds for parasites and just looked on Amazon for liquid Ivermectin that I use. It's doubled in price.
Evidently, there are those out there who are not leary about self medicating.
