The Old Folks Home

the hi scale ones come with benzos and umbrellas

i have a discounted rate for low key californians

videos are extra

I get randomly screened for DOA at work, you can skip the benzos on mine. That would be hard to explain.

Feel free to add a Benadryl so I feel right at home.

I'll take the mid-week special discount - 3 days, 2 nights... see how I feel after that. I may need to extend it.

Bunnylady-- warmbloods are not passive like QH and appys. They are hi performance types.

Adding a new face chalenges the established herd dynamics; heck at my place all I need is for my old mare towalk out the gate to the hay pile where she quietly stuffs her face, and the barn goes crazy. Horses don't adapt quickly. lol They thrive on routine.

Glad no one got hurt

My google chrome crashed. NO idea how to create the connections to it. Tried Explorer and that was a trial. Now trying foxfire. AND IT"S WORKING!!!!! I can actually leave a msg!!

Linda-- hope you continue to feel better. Lots of creatures showering you with their love and affection-- that should aid in your recovery. You have wonderful friends in those furry and fluffy butts.

Oh, yeah. We've had as many as 21 horses at a time at that barn in the last few years, including an Arabian stallion. The Thoroughbreds and Arabians always take a little extra (Mo is a Quarab; Brady an Arabian). I've sorted bigger messes than this one, and seen the aftermath of this sort of dust-up when there wasn't anyone around to break it up. One of the worst for dishing it out was an old bulldog-type QH; the one that injured his opponent so badly that he had to be put down was a Curly. I've learned to take them all seriously!

Oz, I'm afraid I can't afford even a cheap surrogate breakdown. I'm thinking I'll just look at all those lovely pictures you posted and imagine I'm on vacation in Bali . . . .

Did you reboot the computer? If that does not fix chrome;

Reboot, and then open IE. go to www.google.com and click the link to download chrome.

I keep Chrome, Firefox and IE on my PCs.

I spent the morning helping my Dad move and the afternoon building a new ground run. It is made from 2x2 treated lumber and 1/2 inch hardware cloth. Overall it is 4x4x2H with two hinged 1x4 doors in the top and open on the bottom. I will use it like a tractor to grow out chicks. It will be the step between the brooder and the coop. I really like it and will likely make another one tomorrow.

THanks ROn-- Have rebooted many times a day. DIdn't think of downloading chrome--probably because I didn't put in on myself. I'll give that a try. THe dial up connection keeps dropping too. Reads connected on the pop ups but it really isn't. Poor PC needs an overhaul.

I have firefox only because my kids use it for gaming. Because that is what their friends use.

Not being able to access BYC for several days has been . . . like going thru withdrawals: headaches, despiration and trying every trick in the book!!
