Ron, did I understand you. YOu children were not vaccinated until 3 years old? You should have heard the rant I received from my pediatrician when I questioned the number of vaccinations babies, my babies, were getting. SHe went off on me. In horses my vet had increased the age of the first vaccination because they had found vaccintions were working against the antibodies acquired from the colostrum. I was trying to ask if the number could be decreased by combining 2 shots ito one as well. That's when she went off on me. Sigh. I was asking intelligent questions and she did not like that I was asking. I finally left that office.

Geez, I bet your mom felt bad after that.My son had a very unusual reaction to his MMR vaccine. He developed German Measles. Less than .005% of kids have that reaction. Needless to say, he never had another one, and I fought that his entire school life. Then in 9th grade, my mom took him to the doc thinking I was just a bad mother, and completely forgetting about his reaction, and had him immunized again. Guess what??? Roseolla!!!! A form of German Measles!!!
