We paid $21,500 for our home on 11.25 acres 57 years ago. To put things in perspective the Princess was a 'stay at home mom, and I was making $4,800 base salary a year.

We've got 36 years in this home, I was a stay at home mom, went to nursing school after the kids were grown. Miss those days

Will that stuff kill mold/mildew on wood that had NOT been coated with anything? No polyurethane, paint, anything.
