Hey OF! DH and I spent the major part of the past three days mowing. It used to be that one of us could do it in 3 hours.

Good morning Old Folks. DH mows, we have a old yard king riding mower.
We paid 350 this is the second year. Had to get new tires right away is all.

Good afternoon OF. I did morning rounds and laid back down for a few more Z's. Big mistake. When I woke up it was 11:15.

Good afternoon OF. I'm home from a grocery run and have made sure all coops and houses have water/feed and the kids old enough to free range are out and about. I can get an hour of power nap in before supper and maybe a short chair snooze after supper before lock down time once again.

Good morning, OFs. It is rainy again and winds are suppose to be 40ish mph later…ugh. Poor tulips are going to be stressed.
I will be getting chicks tomorrow….first ones since 2020. Three rainbow layers (not to be confused with Ameraucana blue egg layers, just pullets of different breeds for a variety of eggs) and 12 ranger broilers to raise for the freezer.
I’ve mowed the yard twice this spring, and if the rain ever stops, it needs it again. I love springtime!
