I do too. It just takes it time to work. It's a beautiful morning here also. Not going to be as hot and maybe the rains will hold off until late in the day.

I can't use Melatonin because i am on antidepressants. But i rarely have trouble sleeping unless i take too many naps.

What i do in that case is make a list. Set it aside, and tell myself i will deal with those issues in the morning.
