what defines good water quality at your house and what are the filters doing?

Old Folks I just got up from a good morning nap. I can look out the window and see that the chickens are in full bug overdrive and I'm not going to interfere with their job effort.

He had a nasty pneumonia took him down pretty far right now needs the care.

Well, I must be looking old. It happened again. Another customer at TSC asked if I needed help loading feed to my cart.

what defines good water quality at your house and what are the filters doing?

One is an iron filter. The water in this area tends to have an extremely high iron content. The other is a regular softener. Good water quality means it doesn't stain, and is soft enough to reduce soap usage some, but not overly soft that it becomes "hungry" water.

We have a softener and an iron filter too. HUGE improvement when we got the iron filter.

We have a filter that traps sand from the well. Hubby cleans it out every so often.

The adult son and I unloaded the cement blocks for the new spot
we are putting my little coop in the main chicken yard.
