I've been looking for a pyrethin dust for my chickens. Plenty of sprays, but not the dust. I was seeing that the dust with Spinosad is considered organic, but has anyone used it on their chickens?

No I haven't seen it. I know that pyrethin is an organic or a synthetic organic and would rather have it. Off the top of my head I think I remember the base for it is from the Marigold plant. I can not be sure of that without looking it up. It is a flower plant I'm 99% sure of. I'm allergic to it or was. I don't thing it has bothered me lately.I've been looking for a pyrethin dust for my chickens. Plenty of sprays, but not the dust. I love lemonadeIt's after noon know and it's time to start thing about an easy lunch. We have a stash of low calorie frozen dinners that can be nuked for 3 minutes. If the kitchen chief approves that I'm going to plunder the stash for one that sound like it will be good on this hot summer day. I wish we had some lemons to make fresh lemonade with or at least a can of frozen lemonade concentrate.
My sisters husband used to go on those! She called them cleaning binges but they were more like cleaning rampages. I felt so sorry for her!Husband is on a cleaning rampage, so i just do it and suffer in silence. I hate arguing.
Check out a flower garden center. I've seen it there before. It's also used on flowers and plants. I think I remember my grandmother using it on her roses, to combat chafers.I've been looking for a pyrethin dust for my chickens.
Ok..I'm going to post again. Most folks don't believe it, unless they try it. I use to buy the mite and lice spray for canaries and such in the pet store. Spritz some on the butt, the back, back of neck, under chin, tummy, and under wings. Works great! No wait for eggs to be eaten. Easy peezy.I've been looking for a pyrethin dust for my chickens.
