Good morning everyone. The weather will be interesting for the next couple of days.

Good morning, OF. No porch sitting for me today - lawn to be mowed.

Too wet to mow, still. Had to mow with the flail on the real tractor last week, may have to again this week. The deck on the garden tractor gets clogged with grass when it is wet and leaves lots of nasty clumps on the lawn.

That's when you are old enough to know better but too young to care.

I believe that is the opposite of ancient!

Still will be hot to a lot of people but there is lot of relief from 102° down to 90°

I'm sure it is but for those of us WAY north of you, 90° is not met with appreciation.

Our gradual cool down has started. Looks like no more triple digits for us this year.

I need to make a note of that German Johnson. I want a couple new ones to try next year. Not going to plant Cherokee Purple, Mortgage Lifter and a couple others that haven't impressed me more than once.

Me too..looking them up today. I've not had luck planting tomato seeds. I buy the starts.

My oldest son left a canned loaf of bread with us. I had never heard of such. It is kind of on the sweet side but being I like dark breads and it is dark it was a hit with me. I need to find out more about it. A dab of butter on a slice was almost a slice of cake with icing.

I might ought to stock up on bacon now. If we vacuum seal it I think it would keep up to 2 years. If only there was a way to keep whole tomatoes that would slice for burgers and bacon.

Oh you said it! That would be the invention of the millennium wouldn’t it?
