I got them as starts from our local nursery. BUT the seeds can be found at Burpee, Park and Totally Tomatoes. They're the predecessor -- one of the genetic parent plants -- of Mortgage Lifter.

I found seed at Burpee and Eden Bros. I've traded with both places and had satisfactory results. I see lots of people selling on places like ebay and etsy but I'm not game to try them because seed need to be handled with care and a process that will insure that they can germinate.Who sells the seed for those? Not the eggs I have plenty of chickens.
I like Burpee and Totally tomatoes and Park should be another good source.I got them as starts from our local nursery. BUT the seeds can be found at Burpee, Park and Totally Tomatoes. They're the predecessor -- one of the genetic parent plants -- of Mortgage Lifter.
No, have not had any joints replaced. The monsoons are wending their way back into the state of New Mexico and my knees are SO achy. But that's the only drawback as any moisture is welcome here. It's nice not to have to set the irrigation nor rush out to water the veggie compound.
REALLY nice to have the heat dome we were under shift elsewhere. If I had wanted an extended period of 100+ degree days I'd have stayed in Las Vegas, NV.
Appointment next month to discuss getting serious about knee replacement surgery. I am ready and anxious for it. Anybody here have it done?
I bought German Johnson plants this year. Very nice tomatoes!YUM!! On a fluke, German Johnsons got planted in the veggie compound and I've never been happier with a tomato. So delish, so huge, so perfect for sandwiches and salads. And they are out-performing the Celebrity, Bonnies Best and New Girl ones in production and viability. Our San Marzanos have done well and we're canning lots of pasta sauce.
That would be wonderful! Nothing like a fresh tomato.I might out to stock up on bacon now. If we vacuum seal it I think it would keep up to 2 years. If only there was a way to keep whole tomatoes that would slice for burgers and bacon.
