Good Morning Old Folks. I slept in to 8am today. According to my CPAP machine I slept 10hrs and 4minutes without waking up. That's a miracle for an insomniac.

I wake up at 5 regardless. I could go to sleep at 4 and still wake up at 5. I'll often just lay there until the alarm goes off, but I'm technically awake.

Morning meds have a nerve med for my bad shoulder and it is kicking my butt this morning. I'll be up again around noon. Best I lay down rather than fall down again. Legs are rubbery and that is the med I think causes it.
