I need to buy a new glucometer if I can't find the one I used a few years ago to get my glucose levels down to the 100 mark. I'm worried that they may have come up with the nephropathy in my legs.

Have you heard of prickly ash bark? My sister uses it as she has that nephropathy in her back from a car accident many years ago. She said it works and trying to get my dad to use it as he's got it in his feet.

Dad said he got a prescription for something but won't take it as the side effects are worse than the pain.

We had intermittent sunshine, for a few minutes at a time. I'll take it. Still windy, but not nearly as cold. Yesterday, we had single digit wind chills. BRRRRR!

Took a really hot shower then went cleaned the coop filled food and water.
Cleaned out the garden of dead plants.
Doing laundry now.
