Good Morning Old Folks. Finally got to a light sleep. Any little sound and I was awake even though without my hearing aids in I'm deaf as a rock. Wishing every one a good day where every you may be.

Physical therapy today and then time to sort out the taxes. Yep. Monday!

We made it through another storm. We should be about finished with them. There was a lot of wind and snow in the Sierra Mtns. Hopefully the snow pack is about 100% now.

From the looks of the weather radar we are going to get rain tonight from a very large system coming our way.

Insomnia bug has struck again. To many aches and pains to get comfortable. Can't take anything more to help me sleep safely so I will not do it.

Soak in a warm bath.

Feeling a bit older today. My right wrist (the one I broke almost 10 years ago) is stiff, sore, and just generally not happy right now.

I might just go take a nap.
