Hello old folks. I have been battling my aches and pains. I have lost some weight, I was hoping to help my joints feel better.

The goats are cute!

It seems like inflammation is my big enemy for joint pain!

The weather guessers are confused. The forecast calls for 105, BUT before it can reach those temps, we have storms coming in. By noon, it's supposed to be raining hard, lots of lightening, etc., so it won't get near that temp.

When the fires are bad around us, then the weather changes here.

We have a bad one about 100 miles north East of us now.

We had rain early this morning. It is clearing off now and getting steamy…not the good kind…

I wish that were my only issue. Yet I know how miserable that is. All my muscles ache, whether I do anything strenuous or not. My brain is in a constant state of fog. Even on steroids, I am miserable and spend a lot of time sleeping. But there are a million things to be done. And hubby is on vacation in Canada. I wanted to go, but I still have too many animals that need me. So I will be selling all of the goats asap.
My main enjoyment is my pottery.

Luckily I don't have to worry about Lyme disease here! I have to watch for heart issues though. I am being proactive...I hope that helps.

Yes, a felon pushed a burning car down a canyon. He is being arraigned today. There will likely be a murder charge of some sort. An air tanker plain went down.
