Also...doc said the eye is worse.

He used a "better" medicine in the shot... and said he will see me back in 8 weeks

Right knee is tweaking today. It doesn't hurt; it just feels like if I move the wrong way it could go really badly. So I think I'll just sit here at the computer and not bother it any more.

Maybe gentle stretches?

Good morning Old Folks. I've got to call pain management today and get referred back to PT. No epidural for sciatica until going through a round of PT.... Traveled this road before and have seen the same scenery. I'll get the therapist to show me the stretches I can do best at home to get quicker and better relief. Nothing has ever worked before but the spinal epidural. This started decades ago.

My neighbor who had a heart attack last December fainted and fell in her kitchen last night, so she's back in the hospital. They gave her something to boost her BP. When I asked if I could help in some way, she jokingly texted, "Got a new heart or a million dollars?" Sadly, no.

She has such a good attitude about everything. She's at peace with what's happening and enjoying every day that she has left.

This doc isn't all that great with the bedside manner or explaining.
