That we did. Eldest son did not make it home for Christmas... but we had the rest of the boys, with new bride.

Got all the stuff done that I wanted to do yesterday, but didn't because the roads were still icy.

Forms for withholding income tax from our Social Security checks are done and mailed. Another adulting thing checked off the list.

Got the run into town for parts needed to service the John Deere that is my round legs when checking the coops and mowing. Now it's time for a senior nap before running the coops this afternoon.

It's normal for it to start cooling down now at dark but tonight is one of those crazy days when the temp is starting to rise for a lovely warming coming to us for the next 4 or 5 days before some of that evil polar air comes our way again.

We get to go to Nacho's mexican tonight my pork loin did not get cooked. This old lady is not upset at all.
