We woke to 50°. We won't see that temp again for months, I bet. Tomorrow we'll get around a half inch of rain, but at least the ground is thawed enough that it will soak in.

A week from today, rain and anything above freezing will be a memory.

High of 60F with rain today - finally we are beginning to see some runoff. The ground is becoming rehydrated.

Glad to hear that. We have rain on tap all day today too, and I'm happy to see it soaking in, not running off and eroding the driveway.

There's a fairly good pitch to our property from South to North. It's towards the house so there is slight ditching to divert the water. Right now it is gently draining. There are times when the West lawn becomes a lake/river.

Very low energy today. I spent a lot of it in bed, and won't be up very late tonight, either.

Sinus headache, more than anything else. Ibuprofen knocked that out, but maybe the naps did some magic too.
