Sadly Mom went into afib last night and passed. I was not able to get up there buy My Middle Brother and sister were there.

I don't care how old you are, it is such a blow when we lose a parent!

I was in my early 60s when I lost both my parents. It was hard even with both being on hospice before hand and knowing they were prepared to go.

I'm sorry, Ron. It doesn't matter what age you are when you lose a parent, it's a chapter of your life that is over.

But the memories live with you. Hang onto them.
