Yes, this happened to me last month. 2 out of 15 hatched and the seller is sending me some more with only shipping in Sept. Very nice of tom in pa. And it wasn't even his fault. PO jumbled it around too much. I'm thinking of sending a little extra and having him put a jar of syrup and label on the outside as syrup...If it breaks on those rollers it will jam up the machine. He also labeled "Fragile Live Embryos" That's a "Kick me sign" if I ever saw it.
 
Oz: i had no idea u were an outlaw too.lol.....gonna play elvis presleys "jailhouse rock" over the old folks home p.a. system for u man. Then johnny cash`s "folsom prison blues".
