They took the drain tube out this morning. DH and the are heading up there now.

I am new here and Understand she went through some surgery... May I ask what it was for?

I do sometimes allow my hot buttons to be pushed... I try to ignore and move on, but as I get older, it gets more difficult sometimes. OK, time for me to get to work outdoors. Coops to finish, acres to mow, trees to trim, fence to put up... gosh... sometimes wish I still had the kids at home

Yay, Maddie! Keep getting well, and feeling better every day hon. This will be a faded memory someday.

We got pre-approval for a home loan. Yay! I printed out the 4 best places for the price that seemed the best suited for our wants/needs, and DH agrees. We will be getting a home on 5 - 10 acres. I've also started combing through land parcels. It might just be worth it for us to get the property, and put a home on it. DH was commenting how nice it will be to have our chickens on our own property. Oh yeah, he's already making plans to put a surveillance camera or two on/in the coop, so we will have genuine chicken tv. I am praying for guidance to the right place for us.

if u want to move to alabama there is a nice 2400sq ft home on 10 acres close to my house. It has a big metal shop, man cave with a bar and pool table, and a fully stocked spring fed fish pond.
