That is great that you found a great bread maker! What kind did you find and where if you don't mind me asking? I would like to see it. I really liked the jam I make in mine and you can look up all kinds of recipes online for the bread machines also, I have found a lot of them.SCG and DiDi have been out on a trip to the Grand Canyon here. Wonder if the are back yet.
Hey ron, guess what I bought? Not sure if you remember me talking about not being able to use my hands in kneading bread, and was looking for a nice bread machine. Found one! It didn't come cheap, I wanted a good one, and, I like that it will be a normal looking loaf of bread, not that funny stand up pan...but it has two paddles in it side by side. At this very moment, it is rising. I soo hope it turns out, and tastes good. Guess I'll see. It has a lot of recipes for other kinds of breads too...plus jams, plus cakes. I'm pretty excited. I miss my baking days. When I had all of those kids home, I baked almost every day..something..and I was cooking all of the time too. Now it's just my husband and myself, until next week when my son comes home from his mission in GA. I will probably be making bigger portions of what ever it is I make, because I know that a 21 yr. old can eat!
I went to a Dr. and got some shots and some meds and now I can use my hands with out all the pain and sleep through the night! Wow is that nice.

Has to have cheese too right? So many to try. My bread maker is going to be busy for a while.
