Philly cream cheese, pepper jelly and a cracker.....

Right now I'm making a lingonberry white chocolate cheesecake. I'm a bit worried, I usually make egg based cheesecakes, this one's made with gelatin, so no baking. It will be digestive crackers and butter as a base, then a layer of philly, turkish yoghurt and white chocolate (and cream, sugar, vanilla extract and gelatin), then a layer of lingonberry mousse (cream, lingonberries, powdered lingonberry, gelatin, sugar), then a clear lingonberryjuice-gelatin coating with some whole lingonberries in it too, and then some lingonberries on top.

So far the base is done and I just poured the white layer.

My Mom made cheese cake that was jello based. It is much lower in calories and does taste good.

The one you are making is a whole level above Mom's though.

We will need pictures!
