SCG, there are small (pencil sized) vent holes in the bottom half of the stryro-bator. Don't cover or plug them, they allow fresh air to be pulled into the bator while the heat is escaping through those on top.

I will agree with the cheesecake but I will pass on the lobster. Even though I was born and raised (well until I was almost 10 anyway) near Casco bay in Maine, I don't care for lobster.
