OMG I miss having a dishwasher. And 2 bathrooms, and more than 2 bed rooms, and a family room and not having to call the cops 2 times a week. LOL

Was hoping someone else had an idea. It's the weight I've gained since my husband died. He'd be wondering what happened to me if he saw me now. I swear I'm going to lose this starting next mont, or sooner. No matter how long it takes. I have way too many clothes I could be wearing to not do something about it.
Been there, done that. I ditched a lot of clothes when I lost 30#, was a dificult transition to donate the clothes. Now I am between sizes-- need belts for some clothes, and suffer thru the smaller sizes as needed. Moving down the scale slowly. . . . .I saved all my old clothes , too, so I have more to wear when the pounds come off. WHy waste good clothes!! lol

When we had this house built, there was an "allowance" for the appliances. We got the stove and the refrigerator, but Hubby didn't think there was any point in spending money on a dishwasher.

He's been washing the dishes ever since.

Hahaha give me about 3-4 years my dishwasher cough cough I meant dd should be able to wash them without breaking any or
Rinse them without leaving fifty percent of soap on them :lau

My mother used to do that. Someone would say something about getting a dishwasher, and my mom would say, "I already have one," and look at me.

Though during my teen years, we had an arrangement - Mom would do the clearing away, then my brother and I did the dishes. I washed, he dried. We were best buddies, and we'd get cutting up and laughing so much, my mom would come through and say, "What is going on in here? NOBODY can have that much fun washing dishes!"

He must secretly like doing them, then, or else you'd have a mechanical one by now.

I would go without a microwave, dryer, vacuum... before I'd go without a dishwasher again.

Tick and wisher tsk tsk
Gry I'm jealous I really want a dishwasher
See, you can teach an old dog new tricks.. or how to let certain things lay...

What do you all mean, you want a dishwasher???

Most homes have a husband, wife, girlfriend, boyfriend, kids, parents or themselves to wash dishes.... sheesh.
Here we take turns.....She cooks, I wash, I cook, she wash. Why I cook alot more than she does....
Still trying to teach any of the animals how to wash dishes. I mean they all can clean dishes, just the missus refuses to let me put them up afterwards.
