Time to head out to get some hay for the piggies to burrow into, and a couple of extras for the pen so I won't lose a boot in the mud again. The pigs are almost six months old! They are HUGE!

Someone shared this with me yesterday. I found it interesting since I never drink enough and never feel dehydrated. I am not so sure we need as much as we have been told.

My take was not obsessing over needing fluid every hour. I get the age thing, though.There are a couple of problems with eating your water that I can think of.
1. Fruit has fructose in it and we are not supposed to have too much of it.
2. Drinking to thirst stops working well as we age.

LOLObsessing is a sign of aging, btw. Did you know the area of the brain involved with worry is one of the sections that does not shrink as we age? As a result, as our brain mass diminishes, our worry quotient goes up.
