The Old Folks Home

Thank you so much Oz. I put them im my cart and will show my dh. I am so ready for this thing to work!
my pleasure

I really like the simplicity of setting a digital thermostat and not having to check on the bator every 20 minutes.

of course, styrobators are really quite thin and have low heat output so you still have to keep them in a room that has fairly even temps.

I would recommend making an incubator from scratch than buying a LG and converting it but for upgrading what you already have, its a great option

Thank you scg i just used the blow dryer on the fan and elect. Parts. I will fill a couple bottles and add them to the bator and try that first. Thanks everyone i appreciate all the help and advice.kn

That's great bamachick I hope you have a great hatch!

Here is the bator set up. Wish me luck.

Kathy, sorry for your loss. Seven years is quite a feat for a chicken.

Oz, my insulated waterer build got me thinking... rubbermaid totes and PU foam would make a nice box for a bator too.
Thanks... It's sad, hardly any of the old girls are left now.
