I think the point is the depth of the snow clinging to the clothing . . . .

LOL I think I won. I made it out there and back without getting trapped in the snow! I did lose a crampon, though.

The bees are out the same window I snap of the suet feeder, about 2/3 of the way down the clearing almost out to the road.

I know this has nothing to do with snow or bees but, I just found the old TV show "The Real McCoys" starring Walter Brennan on you tube. Since this IS the old folks thread maybe some of you guys remember that show. I really enjoyed watching the episode. I didn't even think it was corny, and forgot how much time he spent with his flock of chickens. Maybe they could update it and call it "50 shades of pine shavings," or something to draw in younger viewers.
