Get a push pin, wash\serialize it and put a hole in the top of the big end on the remaining eggs.

You can candle before to see if you see any beaks moving inside the eggs.

One thing to look into is Carbon Dioxide poisoning. The Vents need to be completely open and there needs to be no dead air around the incubator towards the end of the hatch.

Also, make sure the humidity did not drop and if so, add water to the channels.

Sometimes it takes longer - Marans are notorious for late hatching.

I hope at least one more hatches for you! IF not, find a friend or two for the one that hatched.
We know someone who did this recently!!!! man am I bummed too.

OK, so this was my FB post this morning.

Whole day is shot and I doubt it will just be today. I shut down about 3:30am thinking I should go get the small crate I have to put Rascal in so I could get him to the clinic for his little snip this morning. I had it to go out back and since the wind damage some of my hens have been laying eggs in it, so I thought I'd better clean it out and put him in it, so he wouldn't be able to get to food and water...r. Figured I'd clean some things and take a shower and just stay up to make sure I got him there. But, it sucks to be me. I stuck yard tools outside the door so I'd have to use them today. The tools had slipped down and I didn't look down. Dakotah's majorly impressed that I can put my elbow through a crate and break it to H**l. Bad thing is I have a hen that wants to hatch eggs and she was in it. I just missed her. So I hit feeding buckets, elbow to the crate and then ran my knees into the garden tools. Shovel, metal rakes, hoes. My right knee has been toast since I was 13 and the left one has been catching up, but this time the left wins on pain. From my knees down I look like someone beat me with a bat. Ribs are bruised, and when I went down I hit those and my kidney area into a heavy bucket. I have to be so careful of my kidneys. I drug myself crying till I got to the couch where my phone was sitting on the coffee table, but didn't want to wake anyone up. Kotah heard me and woke up and came to see if I was having a nightmare and then helped me a little. My Arnica was thankfully sitting next to my phone, so I made sure I put as much as I could on, but I'm squeezing the last bit out. I kept saying I was going to go get another tube, just didn't want to drive across town to do it. ugh!!!! Now I can't even drive because of this knee. No way I can bend it to sit in the cars. I did send text messages saying I fell and was hurt and to check on me when they got up and read it. Nothing!! Ya I'm loved. So my pity party continues. I even said a little prayer that nothing happened this time to keep me from getting things done. I get hurt every year and it always stops me from finishing things I start. Five minutes later I'm dragging myself into the house. Why then did I think a text to a real person would work? My personal nurse isn't here to take care of me like I was used to in the past. I need a vacation.

I swear I'm the clumsiest person ever born.

I hurt so bad, but the Arnica is helping. If I can get my knee to bend enough, I'm taking off later and heading the health food store. I can't believe I let my last tube get this low. Benn trying figure out if I may have a stashed tube, but where. I'm always losing things I put somewhere safe! Didn't realize how back my back hurts till I started typing this and most was copy and paste! This getting old stuff really doesn't make getting hurt any easier. Someone point me towards that retirement staff.

How much of the shell have you removed? I have had "stuck" chicks before and it is very hard for them to get through that "leathery" membrane because they can't spin to zip the egg open. I usually have to slowly remove more and more shell trying not to poke the membrane and cause bleeding. Sometimes I have to start peeling back the membrane but stop if there is blood and let the chick rest and absorb more of the blood supply before continuing on.

I think so but there is veins on the membrane
Follow the guide and hope for the best! there is a 50% chance of success when helping them out. Often they got stuck because something was not working correctly during the hatch. The blood flow should stop when the yolk is absorbed. After you get the chick out, let it res inside the shell. The chick will usually get out the res of the way when ready.

The last two I did this with had hernias at the navel and did not make it. It was a weird hatch with one breed having a lot of problems--probably due to inbreeding and other problems with the breed(Delaware)

I am hoping for the best!
