Even a baby is an .. it... for a lot of folks before they know the gender...what is....it? Boy, or girl? Not everyone .. should choose a side.

I still call it,.. the avatar named Alaskan,... a him, or a her, what ever comes along while typing.

Seems to be a pretty nice person though. Sure can say that twice. Would love to see some photos of him. Notice she is avoiding this conversation.

Lol, I don't know Alaskan personally but I haven't seen shim hide from anything. I bet shim's either busy or sitting back laughing! I agree Alaskan is super nice, I hope I can retire someday, dream of Alaska (wife says south, I say I will visit you Lol) and drink some beer with shim and meet the family (I have five also) and pan for gold, fish for salmon, and just relax....

When the wife calls on bills, doc appointments etc. she gets 'is she' or 'is Leslie' 'your partner' Lol! If I try to cash a check at the bank drivethrew I get a funny look and 'Is she with you?' Grrr! It's me idiot! I was named after my Great Grandfather.

I'm so over the rain. We had 9 inches in the last 12 days. My rain gauge was emptied yesterday. It goes to 6.5 inches and it overflowed this morning. They said we got 5 inches in 4 hours last night. It's supposed to rain all day.
Chicken runs are flooded, garage is flooded.
This is from the gauge in the creek at the bottom of the hill from my house.

thats some serious rain. I hope there is not flash flooding

we got 6 inches this month thus far but its expected. we hit 14 inches next month but our soil is just sand so no problem
