By the way, I caught the opossum last night that was in my cellar. Hav-a-hart trap baited with peanut butter.

Not a good place to have an opossum living when you pull chicks out of the hatcher down there.

Do you know how many he has? I desperately need another line. I was doing fine till the mink set me back at least 2 years.

I think I have a way to get some eggs from Spain. My daughter is going to Costa Rica after the first of the year and I've been hunting for them there. They are supposed to be scattered around Latin America. I know for sure they're in Argentina and Chile but someone reported they were in Central America.

Jason had some predator problems but still had a flock of Blacks. I have not heard from him in awhile though.

Keep us posted on getting some from Costa Rica!

Scg it's Oct. and kids love to play nasty pranks! Maybe put up a webcam to get proof of their mischief.

I will be fine from mud slides--no hills here in the Valley!

We may have local flooding so I will have to make sure the roads are clear heading to work.

That is likely to happen in January to February for us. That is the way El Nino works for us.

Well I was hoping to have the yard cleaned up before the snow started to fly.

I got most of it cleaned up except for the last few buckets of dirt and plants in the front yard.

It's snowing.
