Due to all my recent frustrations, Dh surprised me by ordering a Ducky Shine 5 mechanical keyboard with Red, Cherry mx switches for me. I've been wanting one for quite some time now.

OK, confess I had to google that... I have a back-lit keyboard, but nothing as fancy as that. Glad your getting what you've wanted... and it's not even Xmas or anything. Hmmm cherry... red... maybe a Valentines gift?

I tried getting the Shine 4 last year, but all the reds sold out so fast that all they had left was brown, and blue. I almost went for brown, but decided to hold out, and try this year for red. I'm glad I did. Actually, many people are disappointed that they went so gimmicky with the backlighting. It's not the reason for getting one. BUT since they did the awesome backlighting, why not have quality, and glitz too?
