Deb it's wonderful that your grandma is doing better. I hope you get enough breaks to keep your stress level down.

I took care of my parents for 12 years when they passed they went 9 days apart. I had a total break down. I walked around not even knowing it for 10 years.

Take care of yourself and take a break when you NEED it!

Oh my goodness, to be able to do anything at 100 is a miracle in itself. I bet you have been through a lot alright. I worked in an assisting home once. At least I got to go home after a stressful day of taking care of folks. I love old people. I'm becoming one quickly...I hope someone can still love me when I get to be 99.

LOL..I just told my DH what I just wrote..cause we keep saying we are getting older..he says.. I will..and I will even rock you in the rocking chair a little bit.

Oh dear, he is 6 yrs. older than me, I just may break some bones if I sit on his lap at that age, he will be almost 106!

she just gave up doing her taxes this year...

and has finally allowed me to manage her bank accounts.... whew... all was good but I just didnt know. YEp she still takes care of personal business. kind of gripes about not getting out just hopping in the car and going shopping and stuff.

Saw some nice photos of chickens going back a ways. I haven't shared my photos for a while. Here are a few of my girls today.

I love EE's...












I hatched a couple of Bielefelders for someone, kept a little girl. Can't wait for her to grow up. She is one of the sweetest little ones at this age!



Check out this sweet white millie..I think it's a Millie..I'm not keeping her, I am keeping the porcelain.



This is my Uggums..she was soo ugly as a baby, but now...a pretty smooth SG.

Rough night.

Here's my NYHal chickens. Ended up with 2 trios. Keeping them separate as roosters are very full of rooster right now. The hens have just started to lay last week
