The Old Folks Home

SCG..love your tree. We do the small tree now days. Still do the lights outside though. My hubby got it done..and asked if I had gotten a photo of it yet by the next night. He knows I am one to take photos..especially now that I have a smart phone!! It finally happened. No more flip phones for us old folks in this house.
Now .. since I'm on the pc writing this, since I type faster than I can do the text thing...lol...I need to upload the photos to share here. :)

Looks like we have a droopy roof. ?? We don't. In fact, got new roofing
this past summer. Nice to have that done for the rest of our lives. :p

It may not seem like much, but it is for him to do now. He gets a kick out of it. I like it too. :)

That's awesome Cynthia!
That way you also always have a backup should something happen to your phone.

Quote: It's 40 x 16 rectangle, at least 7 ft. tall. This will allow me to have 4 - 8 x 16 sections, the back half serving as the coop area, wired, and under roof, while the front section will serve as the run, wired, but not under roof. We're using 2 x 4 welded wire to enclose the entire thing, for the sections, and pen skirt. I will put add wire mesh from the ground, part way up the sides. I will also put in fence posts, and run my electric fence outside of the actual coop. This should serve me well for now, especially for my breeding program, since I'm only dealing with one breed of chickens.

As to the features, Dh is already talking about security cameras, so we can watch them.

Glad to hear things are improving. That insulin was probably chosen because it was either available at the vets or because that's what they're used to using/dosing (ie comfort).

Perhaps it would be worth talking to the vet about it. Maybe the vet can do a little research and see if there are better options than "this is what we have", or "this is what we always use".
