The Old Folks Home

They are ALWAYS hungry and thirsty... they're CHICKS! :lau

Red Rose is my favorite tea. Can't get it down here in TX. Checked cost to buy direct and ship but the shipping was outrageous and would have made a box of 100 bags cost almost $10 and that was ordering $40 worth of tea!:thI used to have a collection of all the porcelain animals they used to put in each box. That was many years ago and I eventually got rid of all those little dust collectors. As for the bag count, I trust they are providing what I'm paying for. Wasn't the count that's important but how you look at it when it obviously wasn't. ;) at 3-4 cents a tea bag, it's really not that important in the grand scheme of things.
Amazon has it for $10.00 per 100. One of them is a pack of 4, 100 each or 400 teabags for $31.99 and is prime:

I need to get motivated and make an apple pie for DH. His favorite.

I'm more a chocolate cake person. Sour cream chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream frosting and shaved semi sweet chocolate on top.

I call it Death by Chocolate.

Congrats on the chick's safe arrival Capricornfarm. I have one SS hen. Wish I had 20 more just like her. Wonderful birds.

Yeah, but inquiring minds want to know. When i was a kid i took all the tape off a roll to see how much was really on there@:lau

All the plywood is up except a small piece i need to get for over the front door. The exterior is painted except the back. Lots of work and painting to be done inside But i need to get working on the electric fence before it gets too dark. 20170816_175110.jpg

Are the chicks that were delivered today going into the new coop?

Eventually. First the guineas and Ameraucanas will go in half of it. The new chicks will go in the tractor when they get bigger. Then i am building a bigger building to house the goats and guineas. So each breed of new chicks will have half the coop in time. Do you follow?
