We get Blue and White Herons here .... Love how they park in a strip of greeen and freeze... waiting for a gopher to pop up... All the while saying... "I'm a stick.... Just a stick" while incrementally retracting that neck for a strike...

Then its strike shake and toss back...

well..

first, stay up WAY too late Friday night. .. so I am tired and grumpy on Saturday....

lost my Internet box... soon it will run out of power. ..it has to be here somewhere, but will I find it?

Had work due last Friday. ..was going to get it done tonight.. (Friday night) didn't. ..maybe Saturday night?

I am contemplating. ..do I need to bathe before going into town tomorrow? How badly do I smell? Have I really been wearing the same 4 shirts for the last month? I need to maybe wash them .... probably time.

wash, wax, de-sap and Rainex car
remove bee mite treatment
add bee nosema treatment
get a quilt boxed up and ready to mail
get hay
exercise
spend time in sewing room

actual likelihood of achieving:
spend time in sewing room

My take on bathing and clothes.... If you bathe you need clean clothes....

Been known to do laundry once a month...

Deodorent is essential though.

What is everyone's weekend plans?

I will be attending our local pre-school fund raising breakfast this morning...pancakes and sausage...as soon as I get off here!
Mowing for the first time in three weeks!
It has been so dry the grass is dormant but the weeds need to be put in their place. We had a "spitting" of rain this week and the weeds took that as a signal to spring up and try to set seed.
Blackhawks preseason hockey game tonight!

Church Sunday morning with DS and then out to lunch with him.

We are helping to set-up the local community center in the afternoon for a funeral luncheon to be held on Tuesday. A very good friend lost his battle with cancer.

The usual coop maintenance and housework will fill in the rest of the weekend.

I am going to buy another truckload of wood slabs in Lynchburg and try to put more of them on my coop this weekend. If i get really lucky i will get some gardening done.
