The current prediction is for this to be a normal winter with most places having higher than normal temperatures. El Nino might develop but there is only a 35% chance.I have my fall decoration boxes drug out too. My front porch is already loaded with pumpkins. Actually my pie pumpkins. The whole decorating for fall/Thanksgiving gets a bit confusing up here tho because it's not all that unusual for us to have a foot of snow on the ground by then. But then with this turning into one of the crazier La Nina years, who knows?

We do not grow those here commercially in California. We do grow a lot of things though. California supplies the US and the world with a very hight percentage of Ag products.I saw macadamia nut trees when i went to Hawaii. And the Dole pineapple plant.
