I think lamb is often an either/or thing. Like it a lot or DON'T like it at all. DW would eat it on occasion but she doesn't really care for it so why waste the money. As noted, it isn't cheap.Never acquired the taste for lamb
This was the ad:
Hatching eggs! Silkie, sizzle, showgirls. Black, blue, porcelain, paint, splash, cuckoo, blue cuckoo, mottled, partridge.
Fun color mixes such as cuckoo with buff/mile feathering, paint or splash with red (calico), etc.
Fertility is currently 98%. I have to skip incubating this week and weekend so all eggs are up for grabs!
Some are from a mottled rooster over black showgirl hen. They've been paired for just over a week so could still be mixed color
I bought a dozen for a friend last spring and she got some fun looking freak birds, but lost most to hawks. She's going to buy a dozen, too, now that her pen is covered.
Better to spend a little more and NOT get shot or jacked!! I'm really glad I don't live near a city like that. I hear Memphis, TN is pretty much a "no go" city as well. You might get car jacked or shot there. It's a rough town.
