The Old Folks Home

chicka, Lord knows, I understand how topsy turvy everything seems when you are moving and/or remodeling. Take it one day at a time, and keep focus on the goal. Record a few "light" shows you like, so when you get overwhelmed you can go watch them, and chill for a little while. Focus on your animals more too. When it gets to be too much, go outside. Keep reminding yourself that it's just one area in the house that has changed. Keep thinking, it's a process and won't be too long and you will reclaim your kitchen.

Had a Bassett hound when I was a kid, every time I let him outside he would run out to the field and chomp on some cow patties. Don't have a clue as to why. At least cow patties aren't as bad as chicken poo or rotten fish.
Funny those people that think dogs mouths are cleaner then humans.

Ours like to clean out the cat boxes then come and want to give you a big slobbery kiss. Yuck.

Horse apples are a favorite also. They love the dried ones. Ours also have a weird taste for the dried crud that you scrape out of the bottom of the lawn mower. The drier the better. At least when they eat that their breath smells like fresh mowed grass.

The week continues to meet expectations of crap. I now have to work tomorrow. The snow compacted today and was like concrete trying to get rid of it. I did a D- job... and the ground started to thaw again so if you've never hit 2 inches of chicken sludge with a snowblower and aerosolized it, you have no idea what you're missing. Almost lost my lunch.

:barnie:sick :he :hugs

Mine too only took 2 days to eat a full sleeve :gig

Two days is not bad at all! :thumbsup That would be like 30mins for me. I have exactly zero self control.

oh heck no mine stand there waiting to get the chicken crap
So glad it's not just mine. I can't sneak in the chicken gate without her.
