He has pain meds but he takes them only if it gets to be to much

Have a few birds marinating. Culled my Ehal JG/NN cross hatch down to a trio. Screwed up, one with huge comb and wattles and as big as the cockerel I kept, had no testicles, was a pullet, ughh...

He has pain meds but he takes them only if it gets to be to much

Misty, they taught us early on in our Surgical rotation in nurses training that pain is best controlled when you do not let it become unbearable for the patient. I would watch the time and question my patients that were post surgical regarding the amount of pain they were in but as a rule, we always used the injected pain medicine for 48 hours after surgery.
