:thumbsup Beautiful place, never been there. I did wave in your general direction about 11:30 Sunday on our way down to Pico. Went back up the interstate so not close on the return trip. And I thought about you when we went past the HUGE!!! cemetery in Bangor. Must be more dead people in Bangor than live ones. That one doesn't look like it needs your services.

I drug Dsqard there last time she was up. It was beautiful. Did you see the duck?

Yep DD is just fine, thank you. Next time I take off I promise to give notice.

Welcome back! :celebrate

Stay safe Chicka! They are saying if Gordon stays on track he will be in Missouri over the weekend. The last time I checked the weather they were saying possibly 7 inches of rain or more. Too much too late for the local farmers and luckily we sit on top of a ridge with the nearest water at the bottom of the hill so we aren't worried. I did go into town this afternoon for feed, medicine and icecream, you know....the necessities.

I have that same feeder also. I went out during a lull and took this picture.

Naturally I come in and look out the window and tehre are too many to count at the two feeders. I can always tell the young birds. They try to feed from top of the feeder, the bottom of the feeder, the glass. They finally catch on. They have been pretty peaceful with one another but I'm starting to see them fighting in the timber in the background.

DH just took these pictures for me. You can tell who is the better photographer in the family!

You can see the silly bird trying to drink out of the top of the feeder. One in every group, LOL!

Frankly Penny I think a cat would have a hard time nailing one of these little speed demons.
They are super fast, one flew in our open front door when we lived on the ocean in Canada! I was trying to catch it and then just gave up and opened the back door, bird flew out.
