The Old Folks Home

just have 13 kids
 :th
I can't even imagine.

I've looked for them a couple of times at wally world when I remembered them, but never did find them.
Clearly you need to buy some microwavable overly salted TV dinners that can be heated up in the microwave. If you live through eating them, you will have some trays for freezing pre-made dinners ;)

Uh... I thought good things...

Witty...

I like the photo with the cranes in front of the evergreens. Best contrast.

I love those! Especially the one with the boats. Would make a great painting.

Did everyone remember to set their clocks ahead this morning? Remember... Fall forward and Spring back! Can't believe it's already lunch time and I just got up...
@Alaskan With scenery like that to look at, I wouldn't be safe driving.:love
OK, the scenery is nice but when you see it every day, I imagine it's not as difficult to concentrate on driving. I really needed the quote to separate fact from fiction. I know it's actually spring forward, fall back ;) Strange thing though... My animals didn't seem to think it was such a great idea that they had to wait an extra hour for their food and morning attention. I guess they don't "do" time like we do... :idunno I have to say though... when I rolled over and looked at the clock and saw the time, I immediately felt better knowing that I got an extra hour of sleep.

We keep a bottle of Dawn or Palmolive dish soap sitting on the toilet tank top. DH figured out that putting a squirt in the bowl keeps things moving along so to speak.

I was pretty lucky with my parents. When dad quit driving a cab, he immediately gave up his license and got an ID. Mom one day handed me the car keys and the title to the car and told me that it was mine if I would drive her and dad to where ever they needed or wanted to go, which I was doing anyway, so no big deal there.

I think I mentioned before from working in the medical field that one of the best ways to get a loved one to stop driving is to have their doctor write a prescription saying they are not to drive. Most people will listen to their doctors written word if it is written like a prescription. I have to admit I don't drive as much as I used to, at least not real distances. I do drive around the area and around town here and as far as Kirksville but usually no farther.

@Alaskan, God sure was in an excellent mood the day he created Alaska. Simply beautiful pictures.
