Idk what caused it but my fingers are now numb. And i am at 7/10 for a pain index. Dislike!Ouch, Cap. Did your building catch up with you? I've gone the bursitis road and it's a rough one. Gotta agree with the suggestion of heat and rest though. But not too much rest because it will just stiffen up more.

They sell moist heat heat padsIf I remember correctly, my mother would wet, and wring out a hand towel, then put a piece of saran wrap on it, then set the hot pad on that. I think she said the moist heat was better than the dry heat for her bursitis.
