They weighed me before, dang it!
Fortunately the shots they gave me kicked in overnight. Woke up feeling WONDERFUL! No stiffness no pain!this is how I felt, LOL! DH says I have a Toradol buzz going but hey, I'll take what I can get!

Off to pop the turkey in the oven! Roast is in the crock pot for DH and has been slow cooking since midnight. Just gave the birds their feast of two small loaves of rye bread that I found on the discount sale yesterday. They were these mini 6 inch loaves that I could break into chunks for them so they could peck at it. I left them alternately fussing and pecking at the bread so they seem to like it.

Everyone deserves a treat on Thanksgiving!

Echoing everyone else... Hope y'all have a safe, fun filled, family/friends filled, food filled, belly filled day! Bout time to get off here and get started preparing stuffing and turkey for the oven. Not eating as early this year, which is fine.

I'll try to keep it together. I came really, really close a few times this year. I just need to remember to slow down, breathe and load something onto the long arm.

Sewing is a very nice slow peaceful hobby that brings joy to our souls. Enjoy!

Dh is no longer hurting! The Dr. said he is doing great. Xray showed he's healing well.
