Good to hear that Perchie! I swear by probiotics for the stomach. Funny in that you intestines require a completely different set of probiotics than you stomach does. For the stomach I use a probiotic called PB-8 that I get from Vitacost.com and for the intestinal flora I use sour kraut or Greek yogurt. I just read an article that said for you intestinal flora tht fermented foods were the best to repopulate kill off from antibiotics.
For upset stomach Ginger tea or I use ginger capsules. Works faster than Pepto for me.
