I really need Spring to arrive on time this year!

It is officially TOMORROW!

I was thankful that over the weekend someone got some dirt and filled in the worst of the potholes and giant frost heaves on one of the roads we take to get home from work. That road is the worst I've seen around here (none of them are good).

Same here. Some time between 11 AM and 3 PM the town must have come by and dumped rock into the large ruts in our road. And a big pile where a pair of frost heaves made quite a deep valley the entire width of the road. That sure slowed people down. Wonder how quickly that rock will get spun out when people drive too fast over it. Gotta be at least 18" deep at the deepest part, not a lot to keep it from getting spit out by spinning tires.

losing dogs has often hurt more than losing some humans, and has taken much longer to get over.

I know they leave more in our heart just glad I was there with her
she has always been a good dog now she can rest run free no pain
