I tried pickling eggs today. THought is would be a quick hour! BUt oh. . . no. . . .3 hours later. THe pot of eggs wouldn't boil, then they wouldn't peel. BUt I did get two jars put up and I'm now paranoid the seasoning fluid were not hot enough and in two weeks I"m getting botulism.

I just got the DSLR for Dummies book and I can already tell my pics are going to be so much better. I have wanted to get away from "full auto" for a long time but reading the manual for the camera either put me to sleep or confused me totally.
