See, you can teach an old dog new tricks.. or how to let certain things lay...



What do you all mean, you want a dishwasher???

Most homes have a husband, wife, girlfriend, boyfriend, kids, parents or themselves to wash dishes.... sheesh.
Here we take turns.....She cooks, I wash, I cook, she wash. Why I cook alot more than she does....
Still trying to teach any of the animals how to wash dishes. I mean they all can clean dishes, just the missus refuses to let me put them up afterwards.

I can get Fios but I"m not keen on how they would run their cable underground for 1200 feet and not charge me for the effort.

They do that so, you can pay for FIOS. I worked for the phone company back in Cali for 30 yrs plus.
Any cable, phone or fiber company will lay the cable for free because they make the money off a monthly bill. The cable is paid for within 2 months and then all profit for them.... Unless you are one of the first customers, The stuff has already been paid for by write-offs, other customers and upgrades to the system. It amazes me how much money the communications companies are making off us. Why if you can get a re-seller for your cell phone, regular phone (walmart, Consumer Cell, magic jack, vonage, cable phone etc.) it is so much cheaper... All this stuff was paid for years ago.

The missus works in the Medical field and you know how weird those people can be about germs, illness, (she thinks she has them all, sometimes) and washing things too much. I love to torture her by telling her after handling food that I forgot to wash up after cleaning all the animal poop... .

She throws a fit

then checks out my hands to see if i really didn't wash first....

yes, I love a good beating every once in a while....

WE pulled it out last weekend to see why it was leaking. Couldn't find ANYTHING wrong with the hoses. Pushed it back in, and it won't work. I did wonder if kicking it would start it up, heeheee, but I didn't. Maybe I should have!!

I do try it once every couple days, hoping for a miracle. Do these things have reset buttons??

WE pulled it out last weekend to see why it was leaking. Couldn't find ANYTHING wrong with the hoses. Pushed it back in, and it won't work. (CHECK CONNECTION, ESP ELECTRICAL) I did wonder if kicking it would start it up, heeheee, but I didn't. Maybe I should have!!

Since it does not work, yes, I would kick it and hope.....

Also most models do have fuses. if you can find the model number you can look it up online and see where it is located.

Now, It seems to be leaking if I read your post right. The hoses are good.. How about the seal????
I was a cheap SOB and learned how to repair our washer, dryers and other things... A plumber gets what??? just to visit!!!!!!

So, you can find all the things you need to fix it yourself, if you have the time, or at least, don't want to spend a ton of money and if you can't fix it, you lose nothing, it don't work now....
