Well ya know, you got to make it fun and half the fun is watching them chase you, knowing full well, I will have to slow down til she almost can reach me then run faster. The beating are not as bad since she is tired out, but the look on her face when she realizes, I have to let her catch me is priceless....

My missus can make the funnest faces that I can not help myself but do things that get a response (a strange or funny look) out of her.
I laugh and she whacks me. well worth it....

You got to make your own fun, ya know....

But she will admit, she is never bored.....

Who was talking about not having a dishwasher? Well my washing machine broke down! I am one lucky lady that has a hubby that doesn't like the thought of not having clean clothes. Not like a dishwasher going out I guess, I could wash them in the sink, or tub. NOT. We got a new one today. Pretty nice. I don't like the new lock on the door. You can't open it all until you press a cancel button. Guess that's ok. I'll get used to it. So hard to make changes in my old set ways.

That was me with a crapped out machine! lol Sorry to jjnx you-- you'll get used to the new machine quick-quick. Glad you got one right away.

My hands are rough and raw--hope to give the machine one last going over, then off to Sears in town again and up to the dents 'n dings store. Boys have every excuse to not wash the dishes, at least they will dry and put away! lol

The snow storm was badly forecasted, the winds came in from the north ( Maine) and the colder air turned the rain to snow. WIll need to wait until drive melts on Sunday before checking out new DW.

Sorry to send you the wind, Arielle. It was bad here today, but at least we finally saw sun. Today was the first day in 8 days that it hasn't been spitting snow all day and gloomy grey overcast. And you guys, just about 150 miles south, are buried in snow.

I came in cause I just finished figuring out what's being set tomorrow, but I got home late from picking Kayla up due to a huge accident that happens feet away from me and went out to collect last minute eggs for the hatch. Got my first lavender egg of this year! It's light, but they will get darker

Sorry to send you the wind, Arielle. It was bad here today, but at least we finally saw sun. Today was the first day in 8 days that it hasn't been spitting snow all day and gloomy grey overcast. And you guys, just about 150 miles south, are buried in snow.

OH I don't mind the snow!! I love snow--it's when the slightest change in wind direction can change the volume, well that is annoying. THe weathermen could throw that out as a possibility and we would have been better prepared. 6" forecasted, got 12ish, some drifts higher, some lower, some melted on bare ground, some fell on snow from last storm. School called a 2 hour delay at 6am, then school was cancelled when the forecast changed. Just need to spend more time digging out

It is all rather pretty.Kids were out at 7pm playing in the snow--perfect snow ball snow !
